The french version of these terms and conditions of sale is the only legally binding version. In case of discrepancy between the french version and the translated version, the french version will prevail.

1. Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company zoKKus, publisher of the KaseFilters.fr website, zoKKus SARL with a capital of €7,500 - 112 avenue de Paris - CS 60002, 94306 Vincennes Cedex, RCS CRETEIL 494 426 315 - VAT No: FR 62494426315. They apply to any person making a purchase via the website www.kasefilters.fr. They apply to all sales concluded through the website. However, certain offers may be subject to specific conditions.
To place an order on KaseFilters.fr, the customer must accept the Terms and Conditions by checking a dedicated box. Checking this box during the ordering process and validating the order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
These terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time by zoKKus. The date of the last update of the Terms and Conditions is indicated at the top of the document, and the conditions in force apply to sales made from that date onwards.
2. Orders
Placing orders on the KaseFilters.fr website is open to persons at least 18 years of age with legal capacity or with parental authorization to place an order on the site. Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. zoKKus confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address indicated in the "Your Account" section. The sale will be concluded upon validation of payment for the order, i.e., the date of payment validation for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by bank transfer. In any case, zoKKus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is any dispute regarding a previous order.
The visuals are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
3. Price and Availability
Prices are displayed on product pages in Euros and include all taxes. Professional customers providing a VAT number outside of France, as well as all customers outside the European Union, will see product prices excluding tax during order finalization.
The prices indicated are valid at the time of ordering and are not contractual. zoKKus reserves the right to modify prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of ordering, subject to availability on that date.
The prices indicated on the product pages do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. Shipping costs are indicated before order validation by the customer.
Products are offered for sale subject to stock availability. zoKKus reserves the right to modify the product assortment particularly in relation to constraints linked to its suppliers.
The total price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed including all taxes and VAT for France and EEC countries. This amount includes the prices of products, handling, packaging and product preservation costs, transportation and insurance costs.
The price is payable in full on the day of the order.
The products remain the property of zoKKus until full payment of their price.
Payment can be made by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfer, PayPal, or PayPal 4x without fees, online, on the CIC or PayPal banking server in a secure environment. In order to offer appropriate payment options, we may communicate information about the customer and their order to our banking partners (CIC and PayPal). Your credit card number is entered directly on the bank's servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without passing through the shop's server, an important guarantee as your numbers are known only to our banking partner (CIC/Paypal). The order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email if the relevant banking payment centers refuse to give their approval. The implementation of this procedure, which cannot be considered as a guarantee against any fraudulent use of a credit card or engage the responsibility of zoKKus, defers the validation of payment until the end of the verification procedure. It may lead to the cancellation of the order.
Payment by bank transfer is also accepted. zoKKus's banking details are provided to the customer when validating the order. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment. If products are out of stock upon receipt of payment, zoKKus undertakes to inform the customer.
The average timeframes indicated do not constitute a strict deadline, and zoKKus cannot be held responsible in the event of delayed delivery or stock shortages from the publisher or supplier. In the event of an extended delay (more than 30 days), non-professional customers have the option to cancel the order.
4. Deliveries, Shipping Costs and Customs Duties
Whether you order from France or abroad, we can deliver to your home address, as indicated by you in the "Your Account" section. Delivery times include the time for preparing the package plus the shipping time, but are only indicative. Non-professional customers may request to cancel their order before the preparation and shipping process has begun, that is, before the items are packaged and prepared for shipment. After that, the customer must make a return request after receiving the goods. To ensure the security of your orders, all our shipments are tracked. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your order and delivery location and can be viewed on your order details before payment validation. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt of payment and the announced timeframes will start from that moment.
zoKKus may choose an equivalent delivery method from another carrier meeting the same criteria selected by the customer.
Any order placed and delivered outside Europe may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and potential taxes are your responsibility. zoKKus is not obligated to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, it is advisable to check with the competent authorities in your country.
In case of abandoned packages:
In case of abandoned packages, meaning you do not pick up the package from the carrier or pickup point where the package is deposited, upon receipt of the return by the carrier, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the outbound shipping costs, plus those charged by the carrier for the return as well as abandoned package processing fees of €25. Professionals will be issued with a credit note to be used within 3 months following the issuance of the credit note.
5. Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk
By express agreement, and in accordance with the provisions of the law of May 12, 1980, the ordered products remain the property of zoKKus until full payment of their price by the customer. In the event of non-performance of its obligations by the customer, for whatever reason, zoKKus will be entitled to demand the immediate return of the products at the expense, risk, and peril of the customer. The transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of products will, for individuals, be effective upon delivery of the products and for professionals, from the handover of products to the carrier.
6. Warranty
You benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty for hidden defects, in accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
Technical items benefit, from the manufacturer, from a contractual warranty of at least one year. Some are guaranteed for 2 years or more (see in the description of each item). This warranty does not apply to unsealed immediately reproducible products. To make a claim under the warranty, please contact our customer service via the email address support@kasefilters.fr. Your item will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible, provided it is intact and without traces of abusive use.
zoKKus declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.
We undertake to exercise all the care customary in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. Nevertheless, our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of failure to fulfill our contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence rendered by French courts.
Our responsibility will not be engaged in case of delay due to stock shortage at the publisher or supplier. Moreover, in case of non-substantial differences between the photos of presentation of the articles on our site, texts and illustrations and the ordered articles, our responsibility will not be engaged.
- Les utilisations et entretiens non conformes à la notice d'emploi remise avec le produit ainsi que les défauts d'utilisation ou d'entretien.
- Les détériorations dues à une erreur de manipulation, de raccordement (qu'il ait été réalisé avec les accessoires d'origine ou avec d'autres accessoires substitués par le client), à une utilisation abusive ou anormale, à une modification physique intentionnelle ou accidentelle, à une utilisation à des fins professionnelles ou commerciales.
- Les pièces détachées ou accessoires dont le remplacement résulte de leur usure normale, ou d'opérations d'entretien courant : ampoules, batteries, joints, etc...
- Les frais de transport et de modification de l'appareil, en cas de rappel par le constructeur pour défaut de série.
- Les détériorations dues à un événement extérieur (foudre, dégâts des eaux, etc...).
- Les interventions effectuées sur un appareil par toute personne non mandatée par le Service Après-Vente du constructeur ainsi que les dysfonctionnements et détériorations consécutifs à une telle intervention.
7. Retours
7. Returns
Any return must be preceded by prior agreement from zoKKus and the assignment of a return number, obtained from KaseFilters.fr via support at support@kasefilters.fr. The return address for products will be communicated to you with the return authorization. Without prior agreement, assignment of a return number, or in case of sending to any other address, the merchandise will be returned to the customer freight collect. The return will only be accepted if the product has not been unpackaged/used. Products sold in blister packs or with a warranty label must be returned in their original condition.
To guarantee impeccable quality to all our customers, we do not accept returns of filters and lenses that have been unpacked or used. Once the packaging is opened, it is impossible to verify if the filter has been exposed to conditions that could affect its performance, such as scratches, dust, or other contaminants.
Filters and photographic lenses are sensitive products, and their condition must be perfectly preserved to ensure they provide the expected performance. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the high quality standards that make our reputation.
In case of return of a compliant product without a return number, zoKKus will refund the private buyer within 14 days by credit to the payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs as well as processing fees of 25 Euros will be deducted. It is not possible to request the return of a product without a return number.
ATTENTION: We cannot accept any returns on unpacked or used filters and lenses. It is impossible to verify if the filter has been exposed to conditions that could affect its performance, such as scratches, dust, or other contaminants. These are excluded from the right of return by article L. 221-28-4 of the Consumer Code.
Returns are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or if an error was made by zoKKus. In this case, zoKKus will cover the return costs.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition, and accompanied by all possible accessories, user manuals, and documentation. Returned products that are incomplete, damaged, harmed, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Returned products must be sent to the address of our logistics center which will be communicated to you during the return request; products returned to another address cannot be refunded.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals; this right does not apply to professionals
In accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the delivery date to return the product in its original packaging for replacement or refund. The return will only be accepted if the product has not been unpackaged/downloaded/used. Products sold in blister packs or with a warranty label must be returned in their original condition. Any return must imperatively be preceded by the assignment of a return number obtained via a support ticket through your customer account and be returned to the address that will be indicated to you. Otherwise, the package will be refused.
The refund will be made within 14 days following the date on which the customer exercised their right of withdrawal (article L221-24 of the Consumer Code) Purchases of downloadable products are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal, as well as unpacked filters and lenses (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code)

10. Intellectual Property
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 98-536 of July 1, 1998, transposing into the Intellectual Property Code Directive 96/9/EC of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases, zoKKus is the owner of the databases composing this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data composing it are legally protected, and, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law, agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent or conserve, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or part of the content appearing on the site to which he accesses. Certain products such as software are subject to personal and specific usage rights regulating copying, public distribution, and rentals. You must respect the terms and conditions of sale of these products, and zoKKus cannot be held responsible for the uses that might be made of the products in this context.
11. Protection of Personal Data
The information requested from you is necessary to process and execute your requests, and some is useful for providing the information services that may be offered on the site. It is intended for zoKKus and may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment. This information and data are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting us by email at support@kasefilters.fr.
The processing of your personal data is done in compliance with the Law on Information Technology, Files and Civil Liberties of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect your data on the legal basis of contract execution, your consent, or our legitimate interest. The data is kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with current regulations. You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and portability of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. As a result, you have at any time the right to access and rectify or object to personal data concerning you, directly on the site ("Your Account" section) or directly by mail addressed to zoKKus, 112 avenue de Paris - CS 60002, 94306 Vincennes Cedex. In accordance with our privacy policy, zoKKus undertakes not to send unsolicited emails.
