Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers and does not apply to professionals.
  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return a product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with warranty labels and barcodes intact; otherwise, the product cannot be refunded.
  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Please consult the terms and conditions for more information.
  • The product must be in new condition. If it shows signs of use or assembly, it cannot be refunded.
  • You must obtain a return authorization by contacting us at support@kasefilters.com, specifying your order number and the product you wish to return.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method, as KaseFilters.com cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
  • The product(s) must be returned to the address of our logistics center, which will be provided to you during the return request. Products returned to a different address cannot be refunded.

Refund

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets the return conditions.
  • The refund will be made using the payment method used for the order.
  • For payments made by bank transfer, please provide your bank details for the refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return

If your order qualifies for the right of withdrawal as explained in our first paragraph, or if an agreement has been given by our customer service, please follow these points:

  • Clearly indicate the return number provided by our customer service on the package. Without this, the package may be refused by our logistics center.
  • Send the return package to the address of our logistics center provided by our customer service. Packages cannot be received at any address other than the one provided by our customer service.
  • The risks associated with the return shipment are your responsibility. We recommend purchasing insurance. In case of damage to the products during the return, the package may be refused, or the products may not be accepted for return. We can send them back to you at your expense for additional shipping costs.
