Using clip-in filters will adjust your focal distance and focusing system on your lens. This will not pose any issues in manual mode if you focus via the screen or LCD screen, or in autofocus modes. However, if you use the focal distance markings on your lens, they will be different. For example, the infinity markings will not be accurate on the lenses, and you will need to focus manually to account for the adjustment.

Before installation, ensure that you are fully aware of all risks/problems that may arise if you do not protect your sensor during installation and use.

With some lenses where the lens is very far from the sensor, it is possible that vignetting may be visible. You may need to close down a few stops to eliminate this effect. This behavior is observed, for example, with the Tamron 18-300 lens.
